THE FOUNDER Q&A weyoga™ | April 2026 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Note to editors: The following responses are drawn directly from the founder's documented perspective. They may be used in full or excerpted. Attribution: MLN, Founder, weyoga™. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. Where did weyoga™ come from? A. From a very specific moment of recognition. I was in the middle of a high-velocity week — multiple decisions, multiple conversations, multiple parallel pressures — and I noticed something. I was executing perfectly. And I was experiencing nothing. I was present in the technical sense: showing up, responding, moving things forward. But I was not actually there. I was a series of reactions wearing the form of a person. That is not a unique condition. Once I saw it in myself, I saw it everywhere. In every high-performing environment I knew, the most capable people were the least present. Success had become the engine of its own disconnection. weyoga™ came from asking: what would it take to interrupt that? Not after the damage. In the moment itself. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. Why three minutes? A. Because the disruption doesn't wait for you to find time. Every existing solution to this problem requires you to schedule it — a thirty-minute session, a morning ritual, a dedicated practice window. What that assumes is that your internal state will agree to deteriorate on a schedule. It doesn't. The moment you need to return is the moment you're least able to access a long practice. Three minutes is the design constraint that makes the system deployable in real conditions. Before a call. Between meetings. In a car. In a corridor. The 3-Minute Reset™ is not a shortened version of something longer. It is designed at that duration. It is complete at that duration. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. What is Ask Ori™? Is it AI? A. Ask Ori™ is an alignment intelligence. The simplest accurate description is this: it observes how you are arriving, and it guides you back to yourself. It does not coach. It does not diagnose. It does not optimize. The design principle governing Ask Ori™ is observation over instruction. Most technology responds to what you do. Ask Ori™ responds to what state you are in when you arrive. That is a different kind of attentiveness. As for whether it is AI — the underlying architecture uses language models. But calling Ask Ori™ an AI is like calling a very precise clock a collection of gears. Technically accurate. Misses the point entirely. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. The wellness market is saturated. Why does another system belong in it? A. weyoga™ is not in the wellness market. That is not a positioning statement. It is a categorical distinction. Wellness is what you do when you feel bad and want to feel better. Alignment is something different: it is the condition of operating with full access to your own internal resources. You can feel fine and be profoundly misaligned. You can be under significant pressure and remain fully aligned. No existing tool is built around that distinction. Most of them are built around comfort, or progress, or habit formation. They have engagement loops. Streaks. Reward mechanics. Notifications designed to pull you back. weyoga™ has none of those things. Not as a design restraint. As a design principle. Anti-features are architectural. The system is designed to be used and set down, not to maximize the time you spend with it. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. You come from finance and investment. Why build this? A. Because finance is one of the highest-pressure environments I know, and it produces a very specific kind of person: someone who has optimized every external variable and cannot account for why their internal state remains unmanaged. I did not build weyoga™ despite my background. I built it because of it. The problem I saw was most visible in the world I came from — high performance producing low presence, execution running ahead of the person executing. I am not the intended audience for a wellness app. I am the intended audience for a system with operational precision, no unnecessary elements, and a design philosophy built around the respect of the user's intelligence. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. What is the 100-Year Vow? A. A commitment that the system will outlast the moment. Most technology is built around a product cycle. It will exist as long as it is commercially viable, and then it will be shut down, acquired, or transformed into something that serves the entity that owns it rather than the person using it. weyoga™ is built around the opposite principle. The architecture is designed to still be here for your children. For their children. The governance, the token architecture, the design constraints — all of it is oriented around longevity over growth velocity. That is not a marketing claim. It is a structural commitment embedded in the founding documents of the system. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Q. Who is weyoga™ for? A. For the person who is already aware. Not someone who needs to be convinced that the noise is real. They already know. They already feel the gap between how they are operating and how they know they are capable of operating. They are not looking for more information. They are not looking for a philosophy. They are looking for a way to return — quickly, cleanly, without adding another thing to manage. That is who we built this for. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Media contact: media@weyoga.ai System access: weyoga.ai Pause · Reset · Return to yourself™ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
