What three minutes can do
The reset is a structured three-minute interruption — guided, the same every time. Most people feel a measurable drop in intensity by minute two. That is not a fix. It is enough room for the next decision to come from somewhere other than panic.
The body stops feeding the thought. The thought stops feeding the body. The loop breaks.
Three minutes will not cure anxiety. It will interrupt it. That distinction matters — both for honesty and for what is actually possible right now.
More people search this at 2am than mention it the next day.
You've had moments where the spike just passed. This is how you give it somewhere to land.
A system that interrupts the noise — and returns you to yourself.
Why "just calm down" does not work
Anxiety is a loop the body has gotten stuck in. The thoughts feed the body's signal; the body's signal feeds the thoughts. Once the loop is established, more thinking does not end it. More thinking is what it is running on.
The exit is not another thought. The exit is an interruption — at the body level — that breaks the loop's circuit long enough for the system to reorganize. That is what three minutes can do.
Three minutes won't cure anxiety. It can interrupt it.
When weyoga helps
weyoga helps when the anxiety is acute but not clinical — the kind that arrives mid-day, mid-meeting, mid-night, and will not quiet down. When you've tried thinking your way out of anxious thoughts and the thinking made it worse. When you've been told to breathe, and the instruction felt useless or even insulting. When you would like a system that is honest about what it does — and what it does not.
When weyoga is not the answer
If you are in crisis right now — having thoughts of harming yourself, or the anxiety has reached a level where you are unsafe — please contact a crisis line, an emergency service, or a person you trust. Befrienders Worldwide: directory of free crisis lines. US: 988. UK Samaritans: 116 123. If you have a clinical anxiety disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, or any condition that requires medical care, weyoga is not treatment. It does not replace therapy, medication, or a relationship with a clinician. The daily reset can support that work; it does not perform it.
Three minutes is what it takes
Three minutes is the actual length of the reset. Long enough for the body to register the shift. Short enough that you will actually do it.
Anxiety does not go away by being fought. It gets interrupted, daily, until its grip on the body weakens.
Three minutes won't cure anxiety. It will interrupt it.
You can keep trying to outthink the spiral. Or you can come back to the body underneath it.
You don't need to understand this. You'll feel it.
Return now →Common questions
How fast does the reset work?
Most people feel a drop in intensity by minute two of the first reset. That is not the same as anxiety being gone — it is enough room for the next moment to feel survivable.
Will this stop my anxiety entirely?
No. Anxiety is not stopped by a three-minute system. It can be interrupted. Done daily, it stops running the day. That is what the system can honestly do.
Is this safe if I am having a panic attack?
The reset is not contraindicated for most people experiencing panic, but it is also not a treatment for panic disorder. If you are in active crisis or unsafe, please contact a crisis line — befrienders.org, 988 in the US, 116 123 (Samaritans) in the UK — or go to your nearest emergency service.
Can I use this alongside therapy or medication?
Yes. The reset is designed to support clinical care, not replace it. Many members use it alongside therapy and medication. Mention to your clinician that you are using a daily reset; most will encourage it.
Is Ori a person? An AI? Free? Forever?
Ori is the return presence — a guide, not a therapist. Voice is AI. The architecture is human. Ori does not analyze you. Ori brings you back. The reset is free, and it stays free. With membership, Ori speaks. Without it, Ori writes.
