Don't Ask "What's Wrong With Me?" Ask This Instead

There's a question we ask ourselves that is basically guaranteed to make everything worse: "what's wrong with me?" Why do I always do this? Why can't I just be normal? Why am I like this? And now you've turned one behavior into a personality diagnosis.

What keeps happening?

Try a different question: what keeps happening? That's much more useful, because now you're looking for a sequence. What happened? What did I feel? What did I make it mean? What did I do next? What did that give me? And what happened afterward?

You're not excusing the behavior. You're getting close enough to actually understand it — and you can't really choose differently until you can see what you're choosing.

Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.

Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
