Don't Break the Pattern by Promising Again
"Never again." My favorite sentence immediately before I do it again. You overreact, promise you'll never do that again. Say yes when you meant no, promise you'll stop. Check their phone, promise you'll stop. Overthink the same thing, promise you'll stop.
Next time this starts, I'll notice my first move.
Maybe the problem isn't that your promise isn't sincere. It's that the promise happens after the pattern. Try moving your attention earlier. Instead of "I'll never do this again," try: "Next time this starts, I'll notice my first move." That's something you can actually practice.
You don't need to predict the perfect future version of yourself. You just need to recognize the beginning of the familiar sequence.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
