Even Your "Bad Habits" Are Doing Something
Your "bad habit" might actually be a very efficient solution to a feeling you don't want to have. You stay busy when you're lonely. You scroll when you're uncomfortable. You over-prepare when you're scared you'll get it wrong. You say yes when you're afraid someone will be disappointed. The behavior makes sense in the moment.
What feeling would you have if you didn't do this?
Which is why simply telling yourself "stop doing that" usually isn't very useful. Try this instead: right before you do the thing, ask: what feeling would I have if I didn't do this? Maybe it's uncertainty, guilt, boredom, disappointment. Now you've found something useful.
You don't have to eliminate the feeling. You just know what the behavior has been helping you avoid — and once you can see that, you can start deciding whether the trade-off is still worth it.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
