Not Every Pattern Is Bad
Not every pattern in your life needs to be broken. You plan. You care. You think things through. You help people. You notice details. Those can all be great things. Until you can't seem to turn them off.
Can you choose when you do this?
So here's a useful test. Ask: can I choose when I do this? If you can plan when planning helps, and stop when it doesn't, that's different from feeling like you have to plan everything. If you can help someone without automatically taking over, that's different from feeling responsible for everyone.
The goal isn't to get rid of your patterns. It's to have some choice around them — because something can be a strength and still become automatic.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
