One Question Before You React
Before you react to something that really gets under your skin, ask one question: what actually happened? Not what it means. Not what they're probably thinking. Not what this says about your relationship. Not what is definitely going to happen next. What actually happened?
What happened was... versus what I'm telling myself about it is...
Try separating two sentences. "What happened was..." And: "What I'm telling myself about it is..." You might discover they're not the same thing. You don't have to choose the optimistic interpretation. You don't even have to change your reaction.
You're just separating the event from the story your mind built around it. That little bit of space can tell you a lot about what your pattern does next.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
