Sometimes the Pattern Is the Environment
Sometimes you think you have a personality problem, when actually, you're in an environment that keeps bringing it out. Maybe you're calm with certain people. Then you spend ten minutes with another group and suddenly you're second-guessing everything you say. Maybe you're focused at home, and completely scattered in one particular office. Maybe you're decisive everywhere, except around one person.
Who are you with, and what do you think they expect from you?
That's worth paying attention to. Because if a behavior appears in one environment and disappears in another, the environment might be part of the pattern.
Next time it happens, don't just ask "why am I like this?" Ask: what's different here? Who am I with? What do I expect from them? What do I think they expect from me?
Sometimes understanding the pattern isn't about looking deeper inside yourself. It's about noticing what brings the pattern out.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
