What If Your Behavior Makes More Sense Than You Think?
What if some of the things you do that make you angry at yourself actually make perfect sense? Not because they're helping, but because something happened right before them. You get ignored — you check. Someone gets upset — you explain. You feel overwhelmed — you disappear. You don't know what's going to happen — you start researching the entire internet.
What happened immediately before you did it?
So instead of asking "why do I keep doing this?" trace it backward. Ask: what happened immediately before I did it? Then: what was I trying to change about how I felt?
That doesn't make the behavior automatically right. It just makes it understandable — and once you understand what the behavior is trying to accomplish, you can start looking for another way to accomplish the same thing.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
