You Might Not Be an Overthinker

You might not be an overthinker. You might just have one question you can't tolerate not answering. "Does he still like me?" "Did I mess that up?" "Are they mad at me?" "What if I make the wrong decision?" And once that question appears, your brain apparently refuses to clock out.

Would knowing the answer actually change what you do?

So next time you're looping, don't ask yourself "how do I stop thinking?" Ask: what am I trying to know right now? Name the question. Then ask: would knowing the answer actually change what I do? If yes, maybe there's information you need. If no, you might be trying to make uncertainty feel safe.

And once you can tell those two things apart, the loop becomes much easier to understand.

Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.

Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
