Your Pattern May Be Hiding in the First Thing You Do

I think one of the easiest ways to find your pattern is to watch the first thing you do when you're uncomfortable. Do you check? Explain? Disappear? Call someone? Make a joke? Try to fix it? Say yes? Open Instagram? We all have a little emergency move.

What did you do first?

So don't try to track your entire life. For one week, just track the first move. Every time something makes you uncomfortable, notice: what did I do first? That's it. If you keep seeing the same move — check, explain, withdraw, fix, please — you may have found the beginning of your pattern.

And once you know the first move, you have something you can actually catch.

Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.

Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
