You're Inside the Pattern. That's Why It's Hard to See.
You know why your own pattern can be so hard to see? Because when you're doing it, it doesn't feel like a pattern. It feels like: "I need clarity." "I just need to explain this one more time." "It's easier if I say yes." "I need to check." "I need to know what they meant." Every individual decision has a perfectly reasonable explanation.
What happened, what did you feel, and what did you do?
That's what makes repetition so hard to notice. You're inside each moment. So try stepping outside one. Take something that keeps happening and write down five things: what happened, what you felt, what you made it mean, what you did, and what happened next. Do that a few times. Later, look at the moments together.
You may notice something you couldn't see while you were living each one. That's the difference between understanding a moment and seeing a pattern.
Ori looks at your past to see your pattern — not to hold it against you, but to reveal it to you. There are two kinds of patterns: a hidden pattern is the one you haven't spotted yet, still running quietly underneath your choices. A recognition pattern is the moment it becomes visible — when you finally see it clearly enough to do something different. Ori's job is helping you move from one to the other. People repeat themselves more than they think. Almost nothing happens only once.
Ori is weyoga's AI — it helps you see the patterns behind your choices, before they repeat again. If you want to break your pattern, talk to Ori → try it free
