Cookie Policy

Effective: March 17, 2026  ·  Last updated: May 9, 2026

Data Controller: weyoga™ Inc., a New York-headquartered company. For privacy inquiries and exercise of cookie-related rights: privacy@weyoga.ai.

weyoga uses a minimal set of strictly necessary storage mechanisms to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

What we use and why

weyoga uses browser local storage and session tokens to operate Sanctuary™. We do not use traditional HTTP cookies for authentication. The storage items below are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

Payment provider
Our payment provider may set cookies to facilitate secure payment processing and fraud prevention. These are set only during the checkout flow and are governed by the payment provider's own cookie policy.
Type: Third-party cookies  ·  Duration: Varies  ·  Strictly necessary for payment

What we do not use

weyoga does not use advertising cookies. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels. We do not use third-party analytics tools that track your behavior across other websites. We do not sell cookie data or share it with advertising networks.

Your choices

Because the storage items above are strictly necessary for the platform to operate, they cannot be disabled without preventing Sanctuary from functioning. If you wish to clear your session credentials, you may do so by clearing your browser's local storage for weyoga.ai. This will log you out of Sanctuary.

You may also manage cookies set by third-party payment providers through your browser settings. Note that disabling these cookies may affect your ability to complete a payment.

The storage items listed above are strictly necessary for authentication, session continuity, and payment processing. Under GDPR (Article 6(1)(f)) and the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary storage falls within an exemption from opt-in consent requirements. weyoga does not currently use non-essential, advertising, or analytics cookies that would otherwise require opt-in consent.

Certain jurisdictions — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Brazil (under LGPD), and California — require opt-in consent before non-essential cookie placement. If weyoga's practices change to include non-essential cookies, weyoga will implement consent management tooling and obtain prior opt-in consent where required by applicable law, before any such cookies are placed.

EU and California residents

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights regarding your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. Because our storage use is limited to strictly necessary items, we do not present a cookie consent banner — strictly necessary storage does not require consent under GDPR. If our storage practices change in a way that requires consent, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms.

Changes to this policy

If we introduce new cookies or storage mechanisms, we will update this policy and notify active members by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
