00 · The Problem
People rarely make decisions in isolation. They make them through recurring behavioral patterns that quietly shape reactions, relationships, and life trajectories. Those patterns are invisible within isolated moments. They become visible only across time.
Technology has become remarkably good at answering questions — and remains largely unable to help people recognize the recurring patterns shaping their lives.
The felt experience of this problem is Cognitive Drift — the gap between an event and an aligned response. In high-velocity environments, constant environmental and internal noise widens that gap hour by hour.
Most systems attempt to optimize the output of the human. weyoga™ is designed to stabilize the internal operating layer. The distinction is architectural. Output optimization assumes the person is the variable to be improved. Internal stabilization assumes the noise is the variable to be removed — and the pattern is the structure the noise conceals.
01 · The Category
Moment-tools cannot solve a cross-time problem.
Assistants respond to what a person asks. Trackers measure what a person logs. Neither sees what a person repeats: the same reaction under pressure, the same conflict in a different relationship, the same decision producing the same outcome. This is not a quality failure of those tools. It is an architectural one. A system that exists only inside moments cannot perceive what exists only across them.

02 · Ori
Ori provides two outcomes.
First, it helps people recognize and interrupt the patterns that keep creating outcomes they don't want.
Second, it develops an understanding of the patterns that unfold across a person's decisions, relationships, and experiences over time.
These are two distinct mechanisms, and the architecture treats them as such. In-the-moment recognition operates on the live interaction: Ori observes the member's arriving state and responds to what is present. Longitudinal understanding operates on continuity: what interactions reveal accumulates, so that recurring structure becomes visible where any single moment shows only an instance.
03 · The Continuity Architecture
This understanding does not come from constant observation. It comes from continuity across interactions.
The system is not present in a member's life. It is present in the moments a member chooses — and it carries what those moments reveal. Three architectural commitments govern how:
A continuity substrate
What interactions reveal persists across sessions. The architecture is append-only and longitudinal — not to measure performance, but to establish pattern.
Pattern surfacing
Recognition operates on accumulation. When a recurring reaction, conflict, or situation appears, the architecture allows the underlying pattern to be surfaced earlier — before it shapes another decision or outcome.
Constitutional constraint
What Ori may do with what it perceives is governed, not incidental. Perception in service of the member, within the member's chosen moments, toward the member's own recognition.
On privacy and ownership
The Alignment Record™ belongs exclusively to the member. weyoga™ does not access, analyze, or share individual session data. Ori's understanding is not an extracted profile — it is continuity held in service of the member, inside the same constitutional constraints that govern every interaction. The record exists for one purpose: to allow the member to observe their own patterns over time — on their terms, at their discretion.
04 · The 3-Minute Reset™
Recognition without intervention is insight. The reset is where recognition becomes action.
The system operates on a non-linear intervention model. It does not provide instruction. It provides a structural interruption.
The 3-Minute Reset™ is not something to be learned. It is a mechanism to be deployed — at the exact moment where outcomes are determined.
Two layers give the mechanism its precision:
Sensory architecture
Chest-resonant, low-decibel audio frequencies and hard-coded micro-pauses interrupt analytical processing and reduce cognitive load at the physiological level. This is not ambient sound. It is a calibrated signal.

Ori™ does not coach, advise, or prescribe. It observes the member's arriving state and introduces a stabilizing signal. The distinction between observation and instruction is not semantic — it determines whether the system adds load or removes it.
The timing of responses, the restraint from instruction, the refusal to optimize or advise — these are governed by a system constitution that controls how Ori™ behaves across every interaction, in every language the system speaks.
06 · The Intervention Guarantee
A critical distinction in the weyoga™ architecture: the system does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. It guarantees intervention.
Intervention at the right moment — before the decision, before the response, before the action — changes the output without touching the output directly. This is Recovered Autonomy: the capacity to act from alignment rather than reaction.
The system operates at the exact coordinate where outcomes are determined. Not after.
07 · Behavioral Compounding
The architecture is designed so that understanding deepens with use. Continuity accumulates. Recurring patterns become surfaceable earlier. Recognition moves upstream — and with it, interruption.
Three structural outcomes emerge from consistent use:
