By using weyoga and Sanctuary™, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear, not to obscure.
weyoga is an alignment system — a human operating layer designed to help you pause, reset, and return to yourself within your daily experience. It provides access to Ori™, an AI-guided reflection intelligence, and Sanctuary™, a personal practice environment.
weyoga is not a medical service. It is not a mental health treatment. It is not a therapy platform. Ori is not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. Nothing in Sanctuary should be interpreted as medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services.
Access to Sanctuary™ requires an active membership. Membership is available on a monthly or annual basis at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active members.
Your membership begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically on the same day each month or year, depending on your plan. You will be charged using the payment method you provided at signup.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the same pathway through which you manage your membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If a payment fails, your access to Sanctuary may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before suspending access.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with another person. Each membership is for a single individual. You must provide a valid email address to create an account and agree to keep it current.
You agree to use weyoga and Sanctuary for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform. You may not use Sanctuary to train AI models or to develop competing products.
You may not attempt to circumvent the authentication system, access another member's Sanctuary, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Ori is designed to support reflection and alignment. You agree not to attempt to manipulate Ori into producing content outside its constitutional boundaries, including medical advice, financial advice, or content that violates our community standards.
The reflections, insights, and content you create inside Sanctuary belong to you. weyoga does not claim ownership of your personal reflection content. You grant weyoga a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and providing the service to you.
We do not use your reflection content to train AI models. We do not sell your content. We do not share your content with third parties except as required to operate the service.

You may not use these marks without written permission. The platform design, code, voice identity, and system architecture are proprietary to weyoga™. All rights reserved.
weyoga provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, weyoga's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the three months preceding the claim. weyoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, with New York as the seat of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
weyoga may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and refund any prepaid but unused portion of annual memberships.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
