What weyoga writes, and when

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Everything weyoga knows about you starts with something you did. When you complete a session, the moment is recorded. When you offer a reflection, the reflection is saved. When you return, the return is noticed. Nothing else happens. When you are elsewhere, weyoga is not listening.

What is recorded — always at your request

Sessions
When you finish a reset, the fact that you completed it is saved: the arriving state you named, the style you chose, the length. Written in the moment you complete it.
Reflections
When you offer one — after a session, in the sanctuary, at a return — it is saved. Written the moment you write it.
Returns
When you come back to the sanctuary, the moment of return is noticed. Used to shape what the arrival greeting says next time.
Conversations
When you exchange with Ori, the exchange is part of your record for as long as the session is open. What was said becomes part of what future sessions can recognize.
Signals from those conversations
When Ori speaks with you, whether the response fit the moment is noted. When a safety-relevant moment appears, it is logged so the system can respond appropriately.

What is derived from it — overnight, from what you already brought

Once a day, weyoga looks across what has already been written and finds shape in it.

Recurring words
Words that appear again and again in what you bring are gathered — so recognition can be grounded in your own vocabulary, not invented.
Emotional weather
The most frequent tone across your recent sessions is summarized — so the system's presence can meet you in what is present, not somewhere else.
Patterns
When a shape shows up often enough in what you bring, it is remembered as a pattern — so Ori can recognize it when it returns.
Depth of return
How often you complete sessions and how deeply you reflect become a picture of your return.

None of this is a new source of information. Every overnight computation reads from what you already wrote. The overnight work does not learn anything new; it recognizes what is already there.

What is never captured

weyoga does not listen through a microphone when you are not using it.
weyoga does not read your calendar, your messages, your other apps, your browsing, your location, or anything else on your device.
weyoga does not watch you between sessions.
weyoga does not merge with data from anywhere else — no third-party enrichment, no ambient background pulls.
weyoga does not compose a picture of you from anywhere but the sessions, reflections, and returns you choose to bring.

The distinction is deliberate. Recognition happens in stillness — in the moments you return, not the moments in between.

What weyoga does not do

weyoga does not score your performance.
weyoga does not rank your consistency.
weyoga does not compare you to other members.
weyoga does not optimize your experience for engagement.
weyoga does not use your reflection content to train AI models.
weyoga does not share your content with advertisers.

How Ori works

Ori is an AI system, not a human. Its behavior is governed by a permanent contract — a set of rules that define what Ori can and cannot do. Ori does not diagnose. Ori does not prescribe. Ori does not evaluate your performance. Every response passes through safeguard layers before it reaches you.

The voice is architecturally locked — register, pacing, and tone do not change between sessions. What Ori is designed to do is reflect, notice, and hold what you bring.

Your access

Access to weyoga is controlled by your authenticated session. weyoga has no internal workflow for entering a member's personal space or reading individual reflection content. Your return belongs to you.

Third-party providers

weyoga uses third-party providers to operate the platform: AI model providers for Ori's responses, voice synthesis providers for Ori's voice, and payment and infrastructure providers. We share only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

The ecosystem component

weyoga includes a token-based ecosystem component. It remains entirely separate from Sanctuary and does not affect your access, your reflections, or your personal return in any way.

Restraint, by design

Recognition is offered sparingly — a few times, then stillness. This is a designed limit, not a technical shortcoming. Restraint is part of how the system works — a decision to hold space for you rather than fill it.

Questions

If you have questions about how the system works that are not answered here, write to mln@weyoga.ai. We respond within five business days.

weyoga composes understanding through continuity, not observation. Nothing is captured outside what you bring to it. Every session you complete, every reflection you offer, deepens what it can recognize — and the more you return, the earlier it can show you what keeps returning too.
