This page explains how Ori works, what Sanctuary remembers, and how your access and data are governed. We believe you should understand the system you practice inside.

How Ori™ works

Ori is the alignment intelligence at the center of Sanctuary™. It is not a human. It is an AI system built on a large language model, guided by a permanent behavioral contract — a constitution — that governs every response Ori generates.

Ori's constitution defines what Ori is allowed to say, how it speaks, and what it will never do. It cannot diagnose. It cannot prescribe. It cannot evaluate your performance. It can only reflect, notice, and guide you toward the reset.

Every response Ori generates passes through multiple layers of safeguards — covering constitutional compliance, safety, session context, and output quality. These layers are not visible to you. They are what makes Ori's responses consistently safe and appropriate across every session.

Ori also has a voice, synthesized using a voice identity that has been defined and locked architecturally. The voice register, pacing, and tone do not change between sessions.

Ori's perspective

Ori is designed to hold a long-horizon, future-oriented perspective on human experience. This is the structural foundation of Ori's tone — the composure of something that has observed many human patterns over a very long time. From that vantage, nothing in your present moment is alarming. Everything is resolvable.

What Sanctuary remembers

Sanctuary accumulates a personal record of your practice over time. Specifically, it stores:

Session history
The number and timing of sessions you have completed. This shapes how Ori speaks to you as your practice deepens over time.
Practice depth
Sanctuary tracks the depth of your practice history and uses it to calibrate Ori's language and tone over time. This is never shown as a score or label.
Preserved insights
Content you explicitly choose to preserve during a session. Stored in your personal archive. You may delete preserved insights at any time.
Reflection content
Exchanges with Ori are stored to support your Alignment Record™ and Return Reflection — the system's long-term memory of your practice. This content is accessible only through your authenticated session.
Return patterns
When you return after absence, Sanctuary notes the gap. This is used to inform Ori's greeting — not to evaluate your consistency.

What Sanctuary does not do

Sanctuary does not score your performance. It does not rank your consistency. It does not compare you to other members. It does not optimize your experience for engagement. It does not use your reflection content to train AI models. It does not share your content with advertisers.

Sanctuary reflects the member. It does not measure them.

Your access to Sanctuary

Access to Sanctuary is controlled by your authenticated session. Sanctuary is accessible only through credentials issued to your email address. weyoga has no internal workflow or practice for entering a member's personal practice space or accessing individual reflection content. Your practice belongs to you.

Third-party providers

weyoga uses third-party providers to operate the platform. These include AI model providers for generating Ori's responses, voice synthesis providers for Ori's voice, and payment and infrastructure providers. We share only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

The ecosystem component

weyoga includes a token-based ecosystem component. It remains entirely separate from Sanctuary and does not affect your access, your reflections, or your personal practice in any way.
