Sanctuary is accessible only through your authenticated session. There is no internal workflow or practice at weyoga for accessing individual member reflections or personal practice content.
Privacy is not a feature of Sanctuary. It is its condition.
This Privacy Policy describes how weyoga collects, uses, and protects information when you use weyoga.ai and the Sanctuary™ platform. It applies to all members and visitors.
Account information. When you become a member, we collect your email address. This is used to authenticate your identity and issue your access credentials. We do not collect your name unless you provide it.
Session data. Sanctuary records when you complete a session and tracks your practice history over time. This data is used to personalize Ori's responses and build your Alignment Record™.
Reflection content. Exchanges with Ori™ are stored to support your personal Alignment Record and to enable Return Reflection — the system's long-term memory of your practice. This content is accessible only through your authenticated session and is used solely to support your practice.
Preserved insights. If you choose to preserve an insight during a session, that content is stored in your personal archive. You may delete preserved insights at any time.
Payment information. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. weyoga does not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription period only.
Technical data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps for the purpose of security and system reliability. These logs are retained for 30 days.
We do not collect behavioral tracking data, advertising identifiers, or social profile information. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your reflection content to train AI models. We do not share your personal information with partners for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored in an encrypted database hosted on infrastructure in the United States. All data in transit is encrypted. Reflection content associated with your account is logically isolated — it is accessible only via your authenticated session.
Sanctuary is accessible only through your authenticated session. weyoga has no internal workflow or practice for entering a member's personal practice space or accessing reflection content. This reflects both the architecture of the system and the operating principles of the organization.
weyoga uses third-party providers to operate the platform, including AI model providers for generating Ori's responses, voice synthesis providers for Ori's voice, and payment and infrastructure providers. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide the service.
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold. In the event of a data security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
You may request a full export of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — your Alignment Record, preserved insights, and session history will be removed. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership and for 90 days following cancellation, to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data enters archive status. You may request immediate deletion at any time regardless of this retention period.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
